讀者經認知並同意本電子書之數位內容服務係「非以有形媒介提供之數位內容或一經提供即為完成之線上服務」，依「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」之規定，排除消費者保護法第十九條第一項解除權之適用。

依據消費者保護法規定，非以有形媒介提供之數位內容，或一經提供即完成之線上服務，經消費者事先同意始得提供，購買後不提供10天的猶豫期，購買前請務必先行了解商品內容，確認確實有購買該項商品之需求及意願時，始下單購買。

According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, digital content services provided non-tangibly or online services completed upon provision may only be offered with the prior consent of the consumer. Consequently, the right of withdrawal under Article 19(1) of the Consumer Protection Act is excluded in accordance with the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Telecommunication Transactions."

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, digital content services provided non-tangibly or online services completed upon provision require prior consent from the consumer and do not offer a 10-day cooling-off period after purchase. Prior to making a purchase, consumers are strongly advised to thoroughly understand the product content and confirm their genuine need and willingness to purchase the item before placing an order.
